DOA Policy (for Live Stocks)
Please take note on the DOA (Death On Arrival) Policy:
1. If fish is dead upon receipt, we will provide Full Refund;
2. Unboxing video is required to show that death occurred during delivery while fish is still in the plastic bag;
3. If death is caused by delay on the part of recipient (no one to receive the parcel or opening the parcel late), refund will not be approved;
4. Order will be confirmed once payment made and fish will be shipped out on the next working day (subject to courier's availability);
5. Kindly check and ensure the delivery details when placing order and also details on the airwaybill provided. Delivery takes 2-3 days on average and you may use the tracking number to trace your parcel;
6. Delivery is available within Peninsula Malaysia (excluding Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan).
For purchase of aquarium sets:
1. We provide ground floor installation ONLY - premises with staircase of more than two(2) steps:
- surcharge of RM100 per step;
- item to be placed at premise ground floor only.
2. Delivery charges of RM500 will be imposed for failure to receive goods due to building restrictions or other external factors.
3. Delivery is available within Peninsula Malaysia (excluding Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan, Pulau Langkawi*).
4. By placing order, buyer is deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
